You absolutely knew I couldn’t resist lacy socks for very much longer, right? Because lace. But also? I used five colors on these, because the only way to make lace more fun is to add stripes! These are constructed toe up with a repeatable lace pattern on the top of the foot, but plain stockinette on the bottom, because no one wants to walk on lace. The columns of ribbing on either side of the lace snug up the fit, and after the heel is finished up, there’s some lace on the back of the ankle too! This pattern uses the jogless stripe I introduced in my “Stop! No Jogging” socks, and I love how well the join hides! These are Sox 4 Marianne who sent me some extra sock needles. Thank you so much!
