I designed the Colorica Cardigan to be that one sweater you reach for and throw on over everything: one that you can knit over and over in different color combinations, and that is easily knit from stash or from all the gorgeous fade sets out there. With four (short sleeves) or five (long sleeves) colors and a simple openwork pattern for interest, this is the garment that will go with anything in your wardrobe.

The sweater is designed to look like a standard drop shoulder, but because of the way the sleeves are worked, you won’t have the extra fabric that can so often flare out in the back and spoil the line of the garment. It’s cropped, and looks fantastic over longer shirts and dresses, but it’s also very simple to add more length. And I’m already planning on knitting up a one color version!

This listing is for a PDF downloadable hand knitting pattern only. You will have unlimited access to the downloads through your account.
